黃丹丹,副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師。講授本科生的《物理化學(xué)》《物理化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)》《應(yīng)用化學(xué)專業(yè)英語(yǔ)》《物理化學(xué)與膠體化學(xué)》《物理化學(xué)與膠體化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)》《基礎(chǔ)化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)》等課程。主持國(guó)家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng), 主持山東省重點(diǎn)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目子課題1項(xiàng),參與國(guó)家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目4項(xiàng),參與山東省研究生教育創(chuàng)新計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。以一作/共同一作或通訊作者在Food Chemistry,Food Control,Postharvest Biology and Technology,Plant Physiology and Biochemistry,Scientia Horticulturae等國(guó)際著名期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇,撰寫英文學(xué)術(shù)專著2章,授權(quán)專利1項(xiàng)。
