苗成霞,博士,教授,博士/碩士生導(dǎo)師,中科院青年創(chuàng)新促進會會員,山東省青年創(chuàng)新人才引育團隊負(fù)責(zé)人。主要講授本科生的《有機化學(xué)》《綠色化學(xué)》《有機化學(xué)實驗》《制藥工程專業(yè)實驗A》和研究生的《高等有機化學(xué)》等課程。研究工作一直以“綠色精準(zhǔn)化”為原則,開展綠色催化與合成方面的研究,實現(xiàn)了二氧化碳、醇和烯烴等化合物的清潔轉(zhuǎn)化制備重要化工中間體或藥物中間體。先后主持國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目、青年基金項目、山東省重大產(chǎn)業(yè)攻關(guān)項目及省級面上項目等多項課題;獲得中科院西部之光和中科院青年創(chuàng)新促進會會員等項目支持。目前以第一作者或者通訊作者在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Chem. Sci., Green Chem., Adv. Synth. Catal.等化學(xué)類top期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文40余篇;參與撰寫《綠色化學(xué)基本原理》《二氧化碳化學(xué)》《離子液體百科全書》和《有機合成試劑百科全書》等中英文專著;授權(quán)中國發(fā)明專利3件。
